RULES AND REGULATIONS

Fleece
for the llama fleece will be accepted up to August 12th,
2011.

Entry
forms and payment deadline August 12, 2011

Fleece
may be delivered to the residence of Loraine Guyn or mailed, postage
prepaid, to Loraine
Guyn 403-256-4336 C/O GREYHOUND CANADA, 108 ELIZABETH STREET, OKOTOKS,
ALBERTA PRIOR TO AUGUST 12, 2011 . Entries
mailed that are to be returned must be accompanied by the appropriate
return postage.

Each
fleece entry shall be accompanied by completing the accompanying entry and
tag forms.
Fleeces
shall be:
a)
shorn, unbrushed
b) prime fibre from the barrel area
(blanket area)
c) skirted
d) handpicked of debris and second
cuts
e) roll fleece
f) submitted in clear unmarked
plastic bag
g) judged by exhibitor number only
when presented
to the judge.
Fleeces
shall not:
a) be washed before or after
shearing
b) have cream rinse or other
chemicals applied prior to
or after shearing.
c) have guard hair
removed
d) have insect or parasite
infection
Length of fibre:
Minimum 3 inches, Maximum of 8 inches.
